📦 Bulk Purchase

What is the minimum order for cattle and pigs?

Our minimum order for cattle is 10 head. For piggery the minimum is 20 pigs. Orders below these thresholds can occasionally be accommodated — contact us to discuss.

How is livestock priced — live weight or dressed weight?

Standard pricing is per kg live weight (LW) at point of sale. Dressed weight quotes are available for abattoir buyers on request.

Can I inspect the animals before committing to a purchase?

Yes. Farm visits are encouraged for serious buyers. Contact us to schedule an inspection.

What are the payment terms for bulk orders?

A deposit secures your order. The balance is due before or at collection/delivery. We accept bank transfer and Paystack.

📈 Investment Programme

How does the Livestock Investment Programme work?

You purchase a number of slots, each representing one animal reared on your behalf. Farm Place manages all feeding, veterinary care, and husbandry. At season end, returns are calculated on live weight and market price and paid directly to you.

What happens if a season's slots are fully filled?

Once capacity is reached, no further investors are accepted for that season. New registrants are placed on the waiting list and notified in strict order when the next season opens.

How long is a typical investment season?

Cattle seasons run approximately 18–24 months. Piggery seasons are shorter at 5–7 months. Timelines are confirmed before your investment is finalised.

Is the programme currently open?

The programme is launching soon. Join the waiting list on the Investment page to be notified the moment slots become available.

🚚 Logistics & Delivery

Do you offer delivery or is it collection only?

We offer both. Collection from the farm is free of charge. Delivery is priced separately based on distance and order size.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We regularly deliver across Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, and Osun states, with national delivery available for large contract orders.

🌾 Farm & Operations

Where is Farm Place located?

Farm Place is located at Km 14, Ikorodu–Sagamu Road, Ogun State, Nigeria, approximately 45–60 minutes from Lagos.

What veterinary standards does the farm operate to?

A resident veterinarian oversees monthly health inspections, a structured vaccination calendar, and deworming protocols for all livestock.
